Scenario 2: Neighbors
***Two neighbors, Alice and Britney, walk to Britney's house. She opens the door.
Britney: Well, here we are.
Alice: Wow. You keep it very nice and tidy.
Britney: Yes, I do.I don't like mess in my house, so I clean the floors and dust off the bookcases and shelves every morning.
Alice: I hate a messy house too. Before coming here, at the place I used to live, I had a neighbor who had 8 kids and her house wasˇ¦
Britney: Eight kids? My goodness. How did she manage to do her regular chores?
Alice: She was always busy, and the house was a total mess. She spent six hours of the day cooking, and the rest, cleaning and picking up after her kids.
Britney: Well, I'm lucky then that I don't have all that to deal with.
Alice: Yes, so how many kids do you have?
Britney: Just two and I am happy that the school takes them away and brings them back when the house is ready.
Alice: I know what you mean. I have twins and they are a handful. But I couldn't imagine living without them.
Britney: Me too. Okay, let's go to the kitchen and have some tea and fruit. It is almost 10 o'clock.
